Sales Manager – Automotive Marketplace
Salary: Up to £65k basic + £25k bonus (uncapped)
Hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 days WFH

The Role:
We’re looking for a plug-and-play Sales Leader who’s ready to hit the ground running. You’ll be leading a team of 7 Inside Sales Account Managers, each responsible for managing around 200 existing dealership accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Design and deliver exceptional onboarding and training
• Create a performance-driven culture where people thrive
• Develop smart strategies to retain and grow key accounts
• Use data to identify opportunities and highlight ROI to clients
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other teams to enhance customer experience
• Report insights and performance trends to senior leadership
About You:
• 2+ years experience in a dedicated Sales Manager role
• You’ve led account management-focused teams handling onboarding, upsells, renewals, and reviews
• You know how to create high-performing, fun, and inclusive team cultures
• You’re data-driven and confident in using metrics to showcase value
• You’ve built or managed elite, high-output teams
• Background in SaaS, marketplace, or media/advertising sales
