About the Role

We’re looking for a true A-player to join A high-performing London Sales Team. This role is ideal for those who thrive on building truly tailored solutions and are confident closing regular six-figure deals, whilst some deals in this team have even reached £1 million+.

 

You’ll quickly become an expert in coaching and people development, supported by an experienced and collaborative team. We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about the power of coaching and human potential.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Manage and grow a designated enterprise account list

 • Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting

• Run discovery sessions and lead meetings with multiple stakeholders

• Own and build an 80% self-generated pipeline

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams

• Fully immerse yourself in the coaching and L&D space

 

Who Should Apply

• 4+ years of SaaS/Tech sales experience

• 2+ years of proven success selling into Enterprise accounts

• Proven track record of selling into HR and L&D functions

• Familiarity with systems like Salesforce and Sales Navigator

• Compelling storytelling and presentation skills

• Strong networker and communicator with senior stakeholders

• Skilled in opportunity qualification and solution selling

• Strategic, creative, and commercially minded
